IN NO EVENT SHALL AADHYA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO AADHYA DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (INR 1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts on the grounds of forum non conveniens or otherwise.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Aadhya retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of Aadhya's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than thirty (30) days from the date of written notice of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may proceed with formal legal action in the courts specified above.

Aadhya reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify these Terms at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Website or via email to registered users.
